About CalSEA

The California Shipbuilding Ecosystems Alliance (CalSEA) brings together government, industry, academic, and nonprofit partners with a long history in California’s defense industry. The alliance advances the U.S. Navy’s mission to expand the state’s submarine and maritime industrial base through workforce development, supplier growth, and technology transfer.
